Existing users, 
I have had no problems with support. Just last week or two ago, I noticed a problem. Emailed support, and got a reply saying it was a known problem and would be fixed in the next release, that was been released soon.
Well here it is.
IMHO is the best Mac FTP software I have ever used (and I have tried a few).
