Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

Have used version 4 on non Intel Mac. Just bought Intel Mac with Leopard. I am a very experienced user. Tri-Backup wiped out over 800GB of my data (I did have backups).

I tried to simply ask the company for assistance and they have not responded. I wouldn't use the software. Why deal with a company that won't answer an email asking for tech help.

don't use. - FinePeter

They have always responded to me. Does it mean that the email system make it impossible for an email to get misplaced or deleted by accident? No, so one sends a second post.

I have never had this product delete my files either and I suspect user error.

I have even made suggestions to the authors and yes, they were added!
It were my requests to be able to launch scripts from the menu and to group scripts in folders.

They do listen and they do respond.
