Prior to MimMac, I used Dantz Retrospect and Synchronize Pro X. Synch Pro X was good, but it's also very pricey. In addition, I had to set up half a dozen different backup scripts to accomplish what I can do with one script in MimMac.

I've been using MimMac for about 7 months and haven't had any problems or issues. I have one licensed copy on my home MacBook and another on my work MacBook. Every day, I run MimMac when I leave home and again when I arrive at work. It just works.
