I just downloaded and installed this for the very first time and was told "Thank you for evaluating SpyMe. Your free trial period of 30 days is over now." As a result I cannot try it to see if it works at all, let alone works well. As such I must give it the lowest rating. If there is any way to get this to run even once I will be glad to add stars.

I experienced the same demo mode issue on Mac OS 10.5, but not 10.4. I emailed the company and had a response the next day. They made arrangements so that I could use most of the demo, and stated that an update will fix the bug.Wednesday, September 03 2008 @ 02:51 PM PDT

It's great to call attention to a bug that prevents the user from giving the software a test drive, but it's very bad form to give a bad rating to a product you have not even seen or used. You come off like a petulant child who throws a tantrum.There is no good reason for slamming a product you have not tried or tested.
