This software is very unreliable. What I mean by this is that sometimes it successfully processes a DVD title. Sometimes it spends what seems to be an eternity and then reports an error, or just cfrashes.
Multiple emails sent for support have gone unanswered. The fine print of the user agreement notes that there are totally no guarantees nor refunds. This is one package I wish I tested thoroughly before purchasing a license, though you can only rip a short duration of video with an unregistered copy (I believe it is 10 minutes).
Look around and try other products before purchasing. Be sure this is the one you want before sending in your money for a license, otherwise you will be sorry.

No Support, no answer, banish! - gyps_be
I bought this small software not too expensive, paying by Paypal. And I wanted to warn the future purchasers of the lack of serious of this company. You needs a serial number to use it completely. I never received this information, in spite of three e-mail (returned because regarded as junkmail!), 2 others at another address on line on their site (not of answer).I taked the solution “litige” of Paypal, which produced a mail from kaisakura, applicant to have already sent a serial number (?!), and thanking me for having bought iPSP4 (?) for which the codes of recording appear. Who do not function obviously with the software FORTY-TWOVX Plus 3.1 which I bought… As an imbecile I did not realize there - was occupied on a job - by reading their mail from paypal, I enclosed the litigation. And for 2 days I have tried to have a correct serial number. Without success, answer.
On their support page, moreover the address e-mail is changed and is given in an odd form that I deliver to you: “E-mail: *rnskhelp*-at-mac*dot-com.com (remove extra punctuation, etc)”. Not badly, not?
Damage, because the software is regarded as valid. You here are prevented. For me in any case RnSKSoftronics is to be banished.
