Used Product For: Less than a month

Downloaded and installed Web Snapper 2.2 to Safari 3.0 (OS 10.4.10) Now Sari won't launch. Removed plug-in, still can't launch. Reinstalled Safari, no luck. Stay away from this product!

Web Snapper issued resolved in new build - tasty_cust_service

Hello, my name is Tim, i'm one of the developers from TastyApps - there was a problem with an early build of v2.2 of Web Snapper - i truly apologize for that. The problem has since been fixed. Basically we have added some code that will ensure the correct version of the Safari button is installed - even if you had a prior version of Web Snapper.
