I have tried dozens of times to download the update to 8.0.4 of Toast. The Roxio site just hangs at the login screen. Seems like their download page does not work with Safari.
I have to download the update using IE on a Windows XP computer then copy the zip file across to my Mac.
It seems crazy to me that a Mac software developer does not support the primary Mac browser.

Peter

Yes I had the same problem with Safari and Firefox... the advice from Roxio was helpful but it didn't solve the problem. In the end I installed Opera and it downloaded straight away

I just downloaded Toast 8.0.4 from Roxio.com using Safari 3.0.4, so that's not the problem. However, many users have experienced problems with Safari 3.1. If that's the version of Safari you're using, it might help to downgrade to Safari 3.0.4. If that doesn't work, perhaps you should check with your ISP.Reply to This
