Can one add an image into a PDF using Skim? This would be handy for when I need to add a scanned jpg of my signature.

I've been playing with Skim for a few days, but haven't seen any way to paste in any kind of image.

Can you add an image with Skim? - Christian Mercat

Yes you can: create an anchored note and drag a picture to it. You can change the preference of the background color of the note so that it appears as a regular box and not a yellow note.

Can you add an image with Skim? - Fran_mbo

Christian,

I've changed the color to so many different ways and I don't get the results expected... -- all I get is an icon... I can change the icon, my options are: Comment, Key, Note, Help.. I can also change the color of the item..But I can't make the image I pasted within the note visible on the pdf..

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance,

Fran
