Chronos should first deliver on what it promises before attaching a new version number to their app. I've been on board since this was still known as Sticky Brain. Back then, they delivered on the goods and produced an excellent program, which is why it received over 4 stars from MacWorld. But since they moved on and renamed the app. "SOHO Notes", each successive version promised many features, which in fact never delivered. Case in point: faster database searches (not true - also inaccurate as it missed many key words), blogging and synching with .Mac (buggy and never really worked), robust database and stability (each successive version rendered one's data only usable to the newest version so one could not turn back and use the older version; this is sneaky and an unethical business practice for it forces one to stay with the newer version), customer support (non-existant).
Just as another reviewer said earlier, it's time to jump ship and take my business to an ethical company who really cares about the customer and delivers on what is promised. I wouldn't trust this company anymore. Having been with them since the beginning, they have done nothing to win back my trust.

SOHO Notes critique - Peter Evans--2008
All one needs to do to revert to a previous version is to back-up before updating and if the new version is not to your liking then re-install old version and revert to the saved database.Reply to This
