I see all the complaining. It's not as simple to use as the same product was @ version 4.5, or 5. I've been using it for years, and found it far superior to the Palm software, and to Apple's iapps.
Now, it syncs with those, both ways.
I have never had a problem with support, ever. Always an email answered within a couple to 24 hours. I'm dismayed to see so many unhappy users. Sticky Brain is gone, now you get Notes (SB's replacement), And Print Essentials. Although I still have v 5.0 from my older mac, (it still runs just fine on my new aluminum iMac, Leopard 10.5.2) I upgraded,( to 6.5.4 ) and am happy.
I will try this update.
There is a bit of a learning curve, because there are now three apps that do so much more! I do miss a couple of details that may be addressed here.
The help files are very good, and for me, so too has been the support.
I think the fuss is because maybe some folks aren't reading the support documentation. I think it's one of the best, most useful piece of software I've bought/upgraded.
It really helps me stay Organized! I have no connections to the company, other than being a satisfied, paying user.
