Had problems buying and ended up with 3 copies charged to me. The site said my purchase did not work and I tried two more times. Called Adobe and was told two copies were cancelled, but got confirming email on all three copies.
After downloading the one I purchased, it went through a lengthy install process and then got the message that only the shared materials were successfully installed. I tried two more times and will now call for help again.

Had same experience. Tried Mengoxon's solution but to no avail. Tried Adobe support & was told to install using a new 'uncorrupted' user. Didn't work. Support then wanted me to install as the root user. Didn't work.Did you find a solution for your computer?

UPDATE! After downloading this thing FIVE TIMES,(at least 70 minutes each), it finally took. I assume that something was being corrupted during the download. Philrich, I hope you have yours working now, too.Sunday, April 13 2008 @ 03:37 PM PDT
