Originally a good product, but now primarily unusable.

Moving to a new (Leopard/Intel) computer, I am unable to import the old data file, nor can I import recipes individually using either the recipe format or text. (Program crashes.) Emails to the developers go unanswered, even though I was a paid user. Disappointing.
