Yes, the service is running and I have restarted more than once already. It is kaput.

Here is a sample:

Analysis of sampling pid 194 every 10.000000 milliseconds
Call graph:
285 Thread_0f0f
285 start
285 _start
285 NSApplicationMain
285 -[NSApplication run]
285 -[NSApplication nextEventMatchingMask:untilDate:inMode:dequeue:]
285 _DPSNextEvent
285 BlockUntilNextEventMatchingListInMode
285 ReceiveNextEventCommon
285 RunCurrentEventLoopInMode
285 CFRunLoopRunSpecific
285 __CFRunLoopRun
285 mach_msg
285 mach_msg_trap
285 mach_msg_trap

Total number in stack (recursive counted multiple, when >=5):

Sort by top of stack, same collapsed (when >= 5):
mach_msg_trap 285
Sample analysis of process 194 written to file /dev/stdout
Sampling process 194 each 10 msecs 300 times

Now it does not work . . . - Piet Nutbey

Just received a reply from the support desk from App4Mac.com. The guys are very helpful and very fast!

2nd reply I received I was asked to try and make abbreviations with numbers only.

That worked.
