Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

Microsoft certainly has a knack.

Take a wonderful and versatile piece of software like iView Media Pro , that I've been using and recommending for YEARS… sell out to Microsoft… then watch as it slowly withers and dies.

Simply trying to download a Service Pack... I mean UPDATE, was an awful experience.
THEN having MS trying to trick me into installing Silverfish was insult enough.
Trying to actually FIND the most recent version was worse. Of course, version numbers are NOwhere to be found.
FudgePack 1? WTF? Great.

I dread what MS does to version 2.

What it REALLY means is that it's time to look for an alternative.
So, where to look?
Aperture? A HOG.
iPhoto? A JOKE.

What a sad, sad day. And an incredible shame! I used to recommend iView, NOT this.
