It needs more settings in the preferences. I purchased MediaLink several updates ago and it had problems, which I'm yet to pin on MediaLink. Now with the latest update, v1.3, it takes me forever to start watching a movie. I discovered that due to the QuickLook addition, the server is trying to get the icons and with the number of files I have to stream, its a nightmare. If there are features added that could potentially cripple one user yet most others are fine, it would be a simple preference addition to have the option of using the new feature or not.

Still a wonderful app and happy I purchased it. Now back to the testing to see if some of the files that had problems before will work better.
