Used Product For: Less than a month
Every time you press a settings button for a movie, security, or a photo - the program crashes, making it completely unusable. No response from the developer. Want a refund. Using Quicktime 7.4.1 with Mac OS 10.5.2, and supported quartz extreme - with an iSight camera.

Hi jtrowbridgeI can't see any mail or forum posts from you. We do look at the automated bug reports from time to time, but the best way to get support is to post to the forums at www.mildmanneredindustries.com
We do occasionally see crashes with odd hardware, but its never usually as bad as you describe.
