As reported on MacFixIt, there aren't any new firmware updates for the base stations themselves. (I got the Windows version at work, and I watched it download the current firmware files, which included v6.3 for Airport Express, which is the current vers.)

But, the standalone installers and the apple web pages seem to be back up today (3/12).
