Dear Microsoft,
PLEASE provide Combo updaters every now and then. I get bored running 7 or 8 updaters. I'm from one of those generations who have a low attention span. I forget which one; I wasn't listening.
Is the ointment working? Hope the family is well.

Two items that others may need to know:1. VersionTracker indicates that this is not needed for dual processors. "Operating System Requirements:
This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:
Mac OS X 10.5 PPC
Mac OS X 10.4 PPC
Mac OS X 10.3.9
Mac OS X 10.3
Mac OS X 10.2".
I ran it on my iMac 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo w/4GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM. There were no problems and the files indicated in Microsoft's included Read Me all indicated v 11.4.1 after the update.
2. The included Microsoft Read Me indicated that running AutoUpdate would indeed update the relevant files. When I originally tried this approach, AutoUpdate erroneously reported that I was running the most current version.
Hope this helps others avoid any confusion.

This is a great idea but as far as I know, only Apple does combo updates. Adobe does not and neither do many other apps. We should be blessed that updating on a Mac does not require a restart like under Windows...Alex

@macnerd10: Do you actually know what a Combo updater is?It is an updater that includes all previous updates, so you only need to run one (or a couple, instead of 7). It has nothing to do with the operating system or restarting.
