I have bought this app. like the honest person I am . I have left messages on there answering machine I have written emails on there form email send emails from my account asking to give me my serial number as the reg,. is not working.
NOT ANSWER. this also hapened last time and it took like 1 month to get an answer..

this is the worst service you will ever find.. call there office it says if you have an emergency .. hahha . I did . at business hours. get an answering machine.

Buch of jerk offs there .. taking money and no service. I use this but now I bought peak.. well big difference in price but the service is great ..

NEVER BUY THIS SOFTWARE.. if you are lookng for service minded support..

this company really does not cut it in my eyes.. so bad service..

and yes I am frustrated that i have to come here and slam a product that I use becasuse the dev. is a jerk, bad bad service. I guess that is why only 6000 people have downloaded this. to bad I paid and got screwed. I hope this will help someone to stay away from the problems I have had with them .
