Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

I couldn't get it to recognize any DVD's no matter what I did. I followed the manual to the end and nothing. VLC plays the DVD's without a hitch, MTR identifies them as well, but this program just sat there. Couldn't drag and drop as it would accept nothing. MTR is still the best.

You need to give more details about your problems than just say it doesn't work. Are you using Tiger or Leopard? Are you using the latest version of VLC? What was the name of the dvd and the region?

For what it's worth the first time I tried to use this software it didn't work. I persevered and got the hang of it. I haven't had any problems since.
