within the first ten minutes of experimenting with this, I found that if I created a link to a file on the desktop, then double-clicked the file to edit in the original app, did the edit, and saved the file, Together would lose the file e.g. the link in Together became broken, and basically had to be deleted and recreated from scratch. What is the point of an application designed to keep things together, if it loses content just because the content was changed? I'm sure it is just a bug and not as designed to function... at least I hope so.

Great product support - danzaroni
I've been using Together for a long time (back when it was KIT) and the developer has been extremely responsive. I had one small issue with Together and sent an email that was replied to within a day (and it was on a Sunday!). The fix came within 12 hours.Friday, March 28 2008 @ 04:18 AM PDT

Sorry you had that problem. This affected links to file packages only in the initial version of 2.0.8, I fixed it as soon as someone reported it to me a day or so later.Unfortunately developers don't get notified when someone comments on their apps on sites such as VT, so the only chance they're likely to read about a bug like this is the day they add a new version, which is usually a bit too late.
