When connected to our office network using our BlueCoat VPN RDC 2.00 does diddly on an Intel Mac with OS 10.4.10 or .11 (MacBook Pro C2D). If I try the same trick on a PPC Mac (1st gen G5 2x2) with the same version(s) of MacOS, RDC 2.00 connects to our office servers (Widows Server NT4, 2000 & 2003) just fine.
