The Canon website is almost useless. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A DRIVER FOR LEOPARD THEN SAY SO. I LOOKED ALL OVER THE SITE TO CONTACT CANON and it was to no avail. I guess they really don't want to hear it. I plan on NOT buying anymore products. I don't like seeing them go into the garbage dump just because they can't get it together on drivers. The LIDE 20 has always had STUPID software problems and a great piece of hardware. You'll spend hours on this one as CANON won't give customers a clue. Next, I'm going to look for their phone number off their site, where all the real help comes from. Canon needs a new CEO if this is the best they can do. No more anything from Canon until I'm confident they are becoming a better company.
