NON-RESPONSIVE

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Contributed by: littym Wednesday, February 27 2008 @ 10:26 PM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

I e-mailed this company nearly two weeks ago inquiring whether iBank was capable or performing "a find and replace" and did not receive a reply. If this company will not respond to a simple question, I am certainly NOT interested in their product (s).

Pretty Responsive - versiontracker1088

Actually, I've found the opposite. I've had quite a success in discussing things with the developers - even when things were just me-being-stupid instead of actual problems.

Your mileage may vary, I guess.

Agreed - check your spam filter. - Kevin_Hayes_585

In my company, we often get customers claiming we haven't emailed them back, even when we did. My advice is to check your SPAM filter. And if you use sympatico, hotmail, gmail, or other services that use web mail hosts, don't just check Mail's junk mail filter, go to the web site, sign in, and check the junk mail filter there. You may find your replies.

I've found them to be pretty responsive too. They also have a support forum.
