I've been waiting 45 minutes now for my iPhone to "update" with 1.1.4. I'm seeing this cryptic graphic that appears to be asking me to plug the connection cable into iTunes. Not exactly sure what THAT'S supposed to tell me or how I plug a cable into software. This is probably the worst hint on what to do I've ever seen out of Apple.

But as of this moment, neither iTunes nor my iPhone are working.
