I've been using Default Folder since the '90s. With Default Folder, your favourite and recently used folders are one click away. Without it, Mac folder navigation in Open and Save dialog boxes is a real clunker - all that clicking and clicking and selecting and clicking, just to get to the folder you were in a second ago. Working on a Mac without DF is like going back to the dark ages of Mac OS.
