Correct. This is a paid upgrade for Print Window Advanced. Registered users of Print Window Advanced 3.x can upgrade for $10 (single-user license). Users who purchased a license to Print Window Advance 3 on or after October 1, 2007 will receive a complimentary upgrade license in the next few days.
