This is the simplest to configure and use, and especially convenient for those of us who have parents who reside elsewhere that we need to occasionally assist in keeping their Macs running efficiently. It is for this reason that I had my seventy-five year old mother acquire a license for her iMac.

that's great to know - my 83-year-old father and 79-year-old mother also have an iMac that I'm trying to 'administer' from afar (from Paris, France to San Diego, CA!), so thanks for your most helpful feedback!Reply to This
