Yazsoft has shot themselves in the foot by trying this tactic and needs to take prompt remedial action if they want to save their professional reputation. Credibility and integrity are the foundations of any reputable business... hard to build but easy to lose. Yazsoft needs to review its position, acknowledge its responsibility in creating this situation, and offer complimentary upgrades to its MacHeist customers.
