Disk Utility still having repair issues
These 2 persist from before:
Permissions differ on "ImageKit.framework",
Permissions differ on "QuartzComposer.framework"

Plus new ones
ACL found but not expected on "Library".
ACL found but not expected on "Applications".
ACL found but not expected on "Applications/Utilities".
