Though it says it's only an intel update, I was able to upgrade my G5 iMac through software update... however now that it's running my processor is tapped out all the time at 100%. Everything is running slow and my apps keep unexpectedly quitting. I have tried fixing permissions and the disc utility hangs... I'm at a loss... do I need to reinstall and wait for the next "upgrade"

Any suggestions out there?
