iMac G4/1Ghz, 512MB RAM, SIMBL 0.8.2.
Still can't get SafariStand to work, even after using the Terminal permissions commands. InputManagers.app was finally able to fix permissions on two other InputManager plug-ins (Ecamm - I assume this to be iChatUSBCam, and Chax), but not SafariStand.
Still no joy in Leopard for me - which is unfortunate, since I really like the functionality that SafariStand offered.
I recommend SafariStand if you can get it to work for you, and wish that Apple would get the hint and offer an option for Safari to force "_blank" pages to open in a new tab, instead of a new window.

Use a program called "PlugSuit." It enables input managers. I've been able to get SF to work, although not perfectly. For instance, the toolbar icons will not stay in the toolbar upon restart. Hotkeys do not seem to work. I use SF only to see icons in the sidebar; but even the sidebar will not appear by default. Still, it's better than nothing.Friday, February 08 2008 @ 12:00 AM PST
