Update works great for me. Seems like it might be a little faster suspending and resuming a guest OS. Could just be cached VM...

Best thing is that they added the mapping of the command key to the control key so that you can continue to use your normal shortcuts instead of switching to control in the guest OS. This was my favorite Parallels feature that wasn't in Fusion.
