Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

even though I am a licensed user via VT when I down loaded this new version it announces that It is a demo version

I re-enterered my original password and email address and it tell me that the code is wrong (previous upgrades worked fine)

I try to send a message to the so called customer support using the form from their web page and it tells me that the email address (that they provide via the web page) is invalid I did not even have a place to enter an email how could I have made a mistake?

I tried several times sometimes I got an additional message that my guess at the mystery words were not correct perhaps I miss-guessed the number of spaces between words !?

after 6 attempts I did get a message through to a different selection (administration vs licensee support)

It addition this company has the most worthless complex neurotic registration process in existence - if this was not paid for as part of a Version Tracker offer I would not willingly subject myself to this process again

I tried to go back to the previous version that used to work
now it tells me that it is a 15 day demo version

user beware!!!

I Received All New Codes - MAC_1984

The same thing happened to me, but I received all new codes for all the Koingo applications I have licensed, when I sent in an email as directed.

Warning do not download - Paul_Christensen

I'm not sure what the problem is here, but I didn't have it.

I purchased my license for MacPilot from MacZot back in September 2006. With this new 2.5 version, on first launch it warned me that my Trial period had expired, and then prompted me to enter my registration email and code. I entered the same code from September 2006 and it successfully activated.

Perhaps there's a problem with your firewall settings?

This is the biggest load of crap I have ever tried to deal with. The same thing happened to me and regardless of what I tried to do, I could not contact the site because of the ridiculous challenge forms. I tried filling them out in every way possible and they kept refusing me. I give up.

I finally was able to contact web site and eventually got registered. I had received my copy of this app. through the VT promotion and fortunately had copied down VT's e-mail number they had assigned me. Without it, I don't know how I could have gotten this done. Those who have received this app. as I did should convert to registration through MacPilot directly because it will save a lot of hassle down the road.
