To those of you who are having a problem downloading the new version of ClamXav, I just downloaded both versions successfully directly from Mark's site. I too was getting the 403 permissions error, but kept on trying, and eventually, I guess my http request got through. I think that Mark's server is just getting hit with a lot of requests, so it automatically sends out the 403 whenever there is no more bandwidth left.
