I tried downloading this file, but the link takes you to some other site, where they have a box with the title in it, saying that the download link is below. But there is nothing below that indicates the dictionary. Rather there is just a picture of a sleezy woman and other links to completely unrelated software. What's going on?

No problem here… just follow the way.Click, do what's expected, enter the right items showed on the right, and enjoy.
The only things is that is slow to download here (56 kbps). But, it works !
