what would someone want this for if you have an iphone use itunes to sync.. I mean what can be better then sync mac iphone with a mac computer .. I tunes seems to work fine..
maybe I am just missing something here..

When you drop your iPhone into the cradle, it syncs at that time. If it stays in the cradle all day, it will not sync again. If iTunes downloads two new podcasts for example, you won't get them until the next time you sync. This app simply tells iTunes to sync your phone on a periodic basis. It doesn't do any syncing itself.
