On the Satsumac web page there a erroneus link saying "Some of the code used in iTunify is available as a free download from Doug's AppleScripts for iTunes". The link however is faulty and leads to an error page.
While he's being semi-open about it I question the morale to package free scripts and charge for it without the explicit consent of the developer. On the other hand applescripts that are not copyrighted, may be free for the taking legally. But does the laws equal good morale?

All works are instantly and automatically copyrighted at the time of creation. If the creator likes they can copyleft it or otherwise release it into the wild for public use. Without that though it is a violation of copyright law to repackage and sell someone else's works. Simple, basic copyright law as well as ethics.Reply to This
