Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

I downloaded and installed the update successfully - so it says!! The only problem is that Parallels shows it is still build 5582. "Get Info" shows that it has NOT been modified.

What's going on? I don't need to download an 88.1 MB installer and then the only thing it does is provide a new "Parallels Desktop for Mac Quick Start Guide", a new "Parallels Desktop for Mac User Guide", and a new "Release Notes" document!!

Up until this update everything has gone smoothly. Come on Parallels.Inc! Don't get sloppy on us!!

Installs - so it says!! - Steve Frawley

The changes listed were probably only to the tools since they relate to the interaction between the Mac and PC environments. Those tools are inside the program yet separate from the program proper, so there were probably no program changes, just tools.

The changes (drag n drop, etc.) are important, though for proper integration.
