Symantec is very slow in posting and updating their webpages especially this Mac section. So you will see a link in the webpage but they haven't put the file to upload. This is their outsourced help desk so they are slow to respond and have "canned" replies. But nagging them at this page does "encourage" them to update their webpages and links.
