Put the "Brood War Archive" file (or the Starcraft Archive" file if you don't own the Brood War expansion) from the CD into the Starcraft Files folder (which is inside the Starcraft Folder), not the Starcraft Folder.

Other than the incorrect instruction, this works great. I no longer need to use my CD to play the game.

Blizzard is owed a great deal of thanks for continuing to update these classic games and for their unparalleled Mac support.

Now if only they'd do the same Diablo II, and make a Universal Binary for Warcraft II... <smile>
