On the very first two files I created, NoteMind saved the files (binary, non-SQL) once, then could not save again. Upon opening the files, I got an alert that there was a problem with the format. In short, the files are toast.

But the icing one the cake is the Synium support forum. At the time of this writing, the thread about lost data has no response by the developer, yet the forum is populated with the developer's comments about Apple's announcement, and about Randy Newman being on stage.

I guess Randy Newman is more important than taking care of paying customers.
