It has to be pretty telling that Apple is offering to do this. I've found '08 to be entirely unusable. It's GORGEOUS, but totally worthless. This is just NOT Apple software. It's NOT intuitive, or user-friendly, in the least. When tech people can't figure it out either, it's not Apple entry-level software. Steve Jobs once said, the Apple designs all of their products to do sophisticated work, but at the same time, so that an 8 year old can sit down and handle the basics. I don't see any of that in this product.
