Since the 2.8.x update (after lot of great services with previous releases), Cyberduck is very unstable and crashy - around half a dozen of report sent last day.
When uploading, the size are not corresponding (more than real size) so the message is "incomplete"
When downloading, the icon remain as temporary cyberduck icon - very bizarous !
Temporary, I'll come back to "fetch"...

I've found the same upload problem. Researching on Cyberduck's site, I found little. I did see one fellow complaining about a similar problemhttp://forums.cocoaforge.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=16439
but the issue (Ticket #1025) being tracked doesn't seem to specifically address the problem - it's not just the size that is being reported wrong. The actual file is being incompletely uploaded. Previous versions of Cyberduck have worked with the same type of upload (gif), so I'm looking at reverting at present.
The previous version used to stall on launch for about a minute, and thankfully this version seems to have fixed that problem.
Cyberduck is a great free ftp client and generally plays well with Applescript, so I'll keep using it.
