There is no installer for this version of Synergy - it's an application, which is stated clearly in the Version Tracker notes. Nonetheless, it won't launch on my Mac Pro running OS X 10.4.11, popping up an error message saying that Synergy won't work on this version of the Mac OS, despite the fact the specs state that it should. I tried disabling and then removing the old Synergy preference pane and even restarted my computer but Synergy 3.5a3 still will not run. It's clearly not ready for prime time. I'd say this is an Alpha rather than a Beta release. As the saying goes, your mileage may vary. Still I've never had a problem with Synergy in the many years I've been using it. This new version is a disappointment.
