Won't run in Leopard!

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: griff--2008 Monday, January 07 2008 @ 09:55 AM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Downloaded, installed but will not run! All I get is a message that: "this application is not designed to run on this architecture" (2006 24" iMac running 10.5.1).

Now I can't even run the previous version. What now????

I should add that the application icon has acquired a white circle/slash international symbol (indicating, I presume, that it will not run).

Won't run in Leopard! - NeoX360

Hmmm... That is what happens when you attempt to run a classic application on an intel Mac. If you get info on the file what does it show for Kind?

Sorry, I should have included this.

It shows clearly that it is a Universal application. So, there is no reason why it should decide not to run on my machine!

Problem Solved! - griff--2008

I downloaded another copy of the updater and ran it. It did another install which seems to have corrected the problem. ImageBrowser can now run just fine on my machine. I guess the first download had a problem.
