To be fair, I noticed that it is printed in small fine print on their web site. However, it should be listed somewhere by the download as well. It is only listed where you would purchase it. However, since I already own the software, I would not have looked their either. I purchased this software back in 2005 and have seen major improvements in it since then. GarageSale has been a great piece of software and easy to use. Try and say that about any Microsoft product. I believe in supporting shareware developers more than major developers, typically because their software is better and more reasonably priced.

That said, I will not be purchasing the upgrade, only because I do not use the software that much and the old version suits me fine. However, like most developers and older software, there will come a time when they will no longer update or support this software and it will no longer work the way it was intended. At this point, like most people, it will be time to revisit what software, including this one is on the market.

BTW, I would like to see Apple provide OS Upgrades at 50% off their list.
