I'm not sure why the others have issues but I can tell you it runs perfectly on my mac and does the job to download any file I like, pdf,jpg etc ....
I use 10.5 on Intel CPU.
You might have little issues with the demo but the real thing works just fine.
I got fast and friendly responses from the creator.

Working Perfectly - Flinx

I use it mainly as a picture browser.

It is the closest thing to a picture browser that is available for the macintel.

And when using it as a file browser v1.1 crashes everytime I use it.

I haven't tried the download part. maybe if you use it only for download this might explain why you don't have any issues...
