Now, it says I'm not a pro user and won't work at all. I bought a 2 year plan that includes MacFixit (which is working, though I haven't received my code after 7 days so far. I believe in the product, and the company and am willing to wait for some kind of response (and at least a few extra days added to the expiration date). But the lack of communication suggests the kind of professional lack that I was surprised by. Guess I can't recommend the product yet. Clearly, it would be wise to wait to read that they've figured out this rather large bug.
