I ran OnyX 1.9.0 release and after it verified the volume it said it needed repairs. So I booted off of my Leopard install disk... ran Disk Utility.... and it came back saying it was ok. So I'm just curious if Disk Utility is making a mistake or if it is OnyX that is making the mistake.

Exactly the same here. I then ran Disk Warrior 4 from the CD and it did make some needed repairs. I had not seen this in previous versions, and will hold off using it until you tell me you don't see it again, Dester ;-)Thursday, January 03 2008 @ 08:58 AM PST

I had the same behavior on a MacBook Pro after an Erase & Install installation of Leopard. I tend to believe the Leopard installer in this instance, and if you think about it, if the Installer says it's OK then it can't repair anything anyway.RK
